預約守則 . Reservation Policy

• 按摩預約服務需實名登記及提供有效之聯絡電話

• 本店有機會於服務當日或之前覆核客人預約服務，敬請閣下留意

• 如本店覆核預約時未能聯絡閣下，預約服務有機會被取消，而不作另行通知

• 如客人在預約時間 15 分鐘後仍未到達本店。本店有權取消其預約或將預約的服務時間縮短。取消預約的客人將不另作通知。

• 對沒有在預約時間出現/多次取消/短時間內取消之客人，本店有權拒絕他們未來的預約要求

• 客人如有特別要求（例如指定按摩師/房間安排），敬請預約時提出。現場/臨時提出的特別要求，本店將有權拒絕。

• 3 位或以上的客人需要每人頭繳付 $100 訂金  , 訂金可以使用 Payme 或現金繳付。訂金可於當日的賬單中扣除。

• 請注意，如客人於服務前 24 小時內取消預約或減少客人人數，預約費用將不會退還。

• Guest must provide their name and contact number for reservation

• Bodyzone might contact you via phone/whatsapp to reconfirm your reservation prior the service date/time

• If we have lost contact with our guest prior the service date/time, Bodyzone reserves the right to cancel their reservation without giving any notice.

• If guest fails to arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled service time. Bodyzone reserves the right to cancel their reservation without giving any notice or shorten their service time.

• Guest with No Show / Multiple cancellations & Last minute cancellation record, Bodyzone reserves the right to reject their reservation request.

• For reservation with 3 guests or above, $100 deposit will be required per person (Payme & Cash will be accepted). Deposit will be used as part of the payment on the service day. Deposit is non-refundable, unless guest have made their change or cancellation at least 24 hours before their scheduled service time.
